I have been a licensed realtor since 2005 and part owner of Capstone Realty in The Village of Providence since 2009. At Capstone Realty we specialize in working with buyers, sellers, developers, builders, and investors from all price points. We have grown to over 2200 realtors, and first in our market for closed sales volume.
Specialties: New construction has been a passion of mine and over the last 15 years I have worked closely with several builders across Madison County such as the Builders Guild in The Village of Providence that was named 2014 Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders. In early 2015 I partnered with a developer on a custom home project in the Monrovia area called Bishop Row, and about 11 years ago joined Legacy Homes to head up their sales team that has produced record sales for the company each year. Most recently I have signed on with local developers to head up projects such as Freeman Row in Lowe Mill, and single family homes in the new Madison Branch community. Coming soon I will be helping introduce Atlanta based developer McKinley Homes to the North Alabama market as they have signed on with Capstone to represent their residential sales team. Individually I have been recognized in the top 1% for Realtors in all of North Alabama for 4 straight years from 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 being recognized by Real Trends as a top 20 highest selling individual realtor in the state of Alabama with over $20 million in closed transactions each year.
