On December 30, 2008, as the national housing market faced its steepest decline in history, most real-estate firms were retreating. Just six months later, in June 2009, Capstone Realty opened its doors in Huntsville, Alabama — founded on faith, resilience, and a mission to provide unsurpassed service to the community.

Capstone began with twelve agents and a vision to create a culture rooted in education, integrity, and teamwork. Through commitment and collaboration, the brokerage quickly rose to become one of Huntsville's, and North Alabama’s, largest and most respected independent real-estate companies.

By 2020, Capstone had achieved over 600% growth in sales volume, earning recognition from REAL Trends Nation’s Best Brokerages (top 1% nationally), Nextdoor’s “Favorites in Home Services,” and the Huntsville/Madison Chamber’s Small Business of the Year Award. In 2022, Capstone partnered with ARC Realty, in Birmingham, to become Alabama’s largest independent brokerage.
