I earned my B.S. in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Athens State University. The combination of customer service and business knowledge is an asset to my clients in the areas of negotiating, marketing and making the process an enjoyable experience.
I enjoy working with Real Estate clients in helping them find the properties that meet their needs. Being an objective part of the transaction, I can assist my clients in asking the right questions and looking at all aspects of their real estate purchase.
I go the extra step with all my clients and especially in selling of a clients home. I have a home assessment done on the home BEFORE it goes on the market to find any issues that needs to be addressed before listing. This is MY expense, not the client.
I have lived in the Huntsville area for over 22 years and love the area and the people. I have lived in several states and areas in the south/southeast and southwest, but have made Huntsville area my home. Although a long time resident, the area is growing so keeping up with all the great changes can be a challenge.
